Milk and Dairy Products:   Milk is an essential source of some critical elements that our body requires. These elements can also be provided by milk substitutes. The best options are low fat milk and fat free yogurt
Meat:  Meat is also essential but must be taken in moderation. It includes meat substitutes as well. The better choices are poultry, red meat, cottage cheese, peanut butter, tofu, fish and egg.
