3. You must ensure that you take plenty of fluid during exercise. Your body uses plenty of fluid during exercise for cooling purpose and thus you must replenish the fluid to avoid dehydration.




You should take complete control of your life. As long as you exercise, monitor your diet and consume supplements, then you can reduce your medications and later phase them completely by adhering to a healthy lifestyle.
